These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") constitute a legally binding agreement between Deity Health Care ("we," "us," or "our") and you, the individual ("you" or "your"), governing your access to and use of the various services offered through our website and any other website or online service that Deity Health Care operates (collectively referred to as the "Services"). Use of Our Websites/Platforms

Deity Health Care Services are not intended for addressing emergency medical needs. If you have a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 immediately.

Deity Health Care grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platforms through remote connectivity, subject to these Terms and Conditions. To use the Platforms, you must register an account and create login information, including a username and password. You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and must not disclose it to anyone. Please notify Deity Health Care immediately of any unauthorized use of your user account or any security breaches by sending an email to privacy@deityhealthcare.com.

Termination

Your access to the Websites and/or Platforms may be terminated if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Deity Health Care reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, terminate your access to the Websites and/or Platforms, or any portion thereof, for any reason without prior notice.

Deity Health Care's Role

Deity Health Care is not an insurance provider. Our role is to provide information and improve your access to telemedicine and medical services. We are independent from healthcare providers who offer telemedicine services through our Platform and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of the communications made by those providers. Providers using our Services are independent of Deity Health Care, and any information or advice you receive from a Provider comes from the Provider, not from Deity Health Care. Deity Health Care does not engage in the practice of medicine or provide other healthcare services.

Warranty

Access to the Website and the information contained therein is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Deity Health Care does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the materials on this website. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deity Health Care disclaims all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, with respect to any information acquired through the website. Deity Health Care does not warrant that access to the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects, if any, will be corrected. Indemnification
